Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record; willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Generate self-sourced leads and set appointments for potential customers.
• Present in-home solar products and services and qualify customer needs.
• Conduct in-home presentations and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospect to install and report outcomes in CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by leadership.
