Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate self-sourced leads and deliver in-home solar presentations. You will build genuine customer connections, qualify opportunities, and drive installations while managing a robust CRM pipeline.

This role requires travel within the local market and evening/weekend availability. You will earn competitive commissions, participate in tuition reimbursement programs, and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in-home.
• Willingness to travel within the local market and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and set appointments for potential solar customers.
• Present in-home solar product proposals and close opportunities.
• Explain benefits and address customer energy needs to build relationships.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to installation and follow up after activation.
• Disclose outcomes via CRM and meet sales targets.
