Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to connect with consumers, qualify solar as a viable home solution, and shepherd sales from initial contact through installation. You will engage via a dialer, discuss pricing, and craft custom solar proposals while building lasting customer relationships.

You’ll work in a remote team, earn an hourly base pay with competitive commissions, and access strong benefits including 401k and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is essential.
• Knowing another language is a plus.
• Basic digital literacy; Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Previous sales experience encouraged.
• Passion for relationship building and customer service.
• Ability to work well in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Use communication and sales skills to highlight product advantages.
• Develop meaningful relationships to build trust and loyalty.
• Follow up with inbound qualified transfer leads to close sales.
• Demonstrate product/service to customers via screen sharing.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process electronically.
• Prioritize tasks to deliver a great customer experience and hit monthly targets.
• Track customer accounts in a CRM tool.
