Sunrun Inc is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads and present solar solutions in customers’ homes. You will build relationships, assess needs, and guide households through the sales process from initial contact to installation.

The role requires strong communication, ability to travel locally, and willingness to work evenings/weekends. Competitive commission, full benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales and/or lead generation, with in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+, valid driver's license, clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies and appointments with potential customers.
• Present in-home solar products and services, qualify customer needs.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospect to install and report outcomes in CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by leadership.
