Sunrun is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads and present solar options in homes. You will connect with homeowners, qualify needs, and guide them from initial contact through installation.

Travel within the local market, flexible hours, and strong communication are essential. You’ll operate in a fast-paced field role with commission potential and a robust benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or lead generation experience.
• 21 years of age, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel within local market.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology and using a CRM is a plus.

• Develop self-generated leads and appointments for homeowners.
• Provide an industry-leading sales experience from contact to install.
• Conduct in-home presentations to evaluate needs and build relationships.
• Manage activity pipeline from prospect to install and follow up.
• Disclose outcomes via CRM and report results.
• Meet or exceed minimum sales targets set by leadership.
