Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads, present solar solutions in homes, and manage the full sales cycle from contact to installation.

You will travel within your local market to meet homeowners and close deals, while maintaining CRM records and meeting targets. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours.
• Intermediate comfort with technology and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer needs to build relationships.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospect to install and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as directed by leadership.
• Represent Sunrun professionally and provide outstanding customer experience from contact to installation.
