Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team. You’ll be on the front lines supporting public safety agencies, handling requests by email, phone, and chat, and helping users understand our software.

This role requires at least 2 years in software support, familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite on Windows and MacOS. Some weekend work may be required; remote work available within listed states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional software support experience.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and/or JIRA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience on Windows and MacOS.
• Weekend availability may be required.
