Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team. You will be on the front lines of customer support, directly engaging with public safety agencies to improve their experience with our software.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in software support, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Some weekend work may be required, and remote work is available for qualified US states.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software support.
• Experience with customer-facing support for enterprise software is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce software issues for faster resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering and project management teams.
• Assist in testing new features and providing feedback from users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
