You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable user insights and improve product experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in software support, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, MS Office/Google Suite, and both Windows and MacOS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional software support experience.
• Experience handling customer requests via email, phone, and chat.
• Familiarity with issue trackers and troubleshooting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce software issues.
• Escalate complex problems to engineering and project management teams.
• Assist in testing of new features as they are developed.
• Work across Windows and MacOS environments.
