Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team. You will be on the front lines of supporting public safety software, interacting with first responders and civilian staff to improve their experience and understanding of our products.

You should have at least 2 years in software support, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, MS Office, Google Suite, Windows and MacOS. Some weekend work may be required in our remote US setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in software support.
• Experience with Zendesk and/or JIRA is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of Windows and MacOS.
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handled requests from customers via email, phone, and chat
• Spent time troubleshooting and replicating software issues
