Job summary

Mark43 is seeking Software Support Analysts to join our team. You will be on the front lines supporting public safety agencies, handling requests via email, phone, and chat, and helping users understand our software.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of software support experience, familiarity with Zendesk and JIRA, and comfort with Windows and MacOS. This is a remote role across the United States.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional software support experience.
Ability to handle inquiries via email, phone and chat.
Familiarity with issue-tracking tools (Zendesk/JIRA).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support.
Handle requests via email, phone, and chat.
Troubleshoot and replicate software issues.
Escalate issues to engineering and project management teams.
Assist in testing of new features as they are developed.
