Mark43 is seeking Software Support Analysts to join our team, supporting public safety agencies with our software products. You will interact with first responders and civilian staff to improve understanding and experience.

Role requires at least 2 years in software support, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and both Windows and MacOS. Some weekend work may be required, and remote arrangements are available for eligible US locations.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software support.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across software issues.
• Experience with Zendesk and/or JIRA preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience on Windows and MacOS platforms.
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Handle requests from customers and troubleshoot issues.
• Replicate and investigate software problems.
• Escalate issues to engineering and PM teams as needed.
• Assist in testing new features as they are developed.
