Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to be on the front lines of customer support for public safety agencies. You will interact with first responders and civilian staff to improve their experience and understanding of our products, collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback and solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of software support experience, familiarity with Zendesk or JIRA, and comfort with Windows and MacOS.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in software support.
• Experience supporting public safety or enterprise software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provided excellent customer support.
• Handled requests from customers via email, phone, and chat.
• Spent time troubleshooting and replicating software issues.
• Escalated issues to our engineering and project management teams.
• Assisted in the testing of new features as they are developed.
