Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team. You will interact with first responders and public safety agencies to improve their experience with our software products. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to engineering as needed.

The role requires a customer-first mindset and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in software support, familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional software support experience.
Experience using Zendesk or JIRA.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Comfort working in a fast-paced customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
Handle and triage customer requests, escalating when necessary.
Troubleshoot and reproduce software issues to assist engineering teams.
