Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team remotely. You will be on the front lines of customer support, interacting with public safety agencies to improve experience and understanding of our products.

You will work with cross-functional teams, triaging issues, and contributing to feature testing. The role requires at least 2 years of software support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Zendesk/JIRA, Office/Google Suite, and Windows/macOS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional software support experience.
• Fearless approach to technology and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Zendesk and/or JIRA preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS environments.
• Willingness to work weekends.
