Job summary

Mark43 is seeking Software Support Analysts to join our team. You will be on the front lines of customer support, directly assisting first responders and civilian staff at public safety agencies to improve their experience with our software.

You will collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and help test new features, while maintaining a strong commitment to user satisfaction and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software support.
• Experience using Zendesk and/or JIRA for issue tracking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfort with both Windows and macOS environments.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support across channels.
• Handle requests via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and replicate software issues.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering and PM teams.
• Assist in testing new features as they are developed.
