Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years focused on high‑scale CCaaS or CX enterprise software.
• Experience with AWS Services and CI/CD pipelines for cloud native deployments.
• Experience designing and building reliable workflows and integrations in major CRMs, specifically Salesforce.
• Advanced programming proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles.
• Demonstrated experience taking features from design through implementation and deployment.

• Make informed technical decisions based on end‑to‑end impact, data, and prior experience.
• Take ownership of development and design for assigned systems; ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Lead feature development with minimal oversight from senior engineers.
