Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in high-scale CCaaS or CX enterprise software.
• Experience with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and building integrations in Salesforce CRM.
• Strong programming proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
• Demonstrated experience taking features from design through implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Make informed technical decisions based on end-to-end impact and data.
• Own development and design of assigned systems for scalability and maintainability.
• Lead feature development with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate daily with product, QA, design, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
