Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee PremierOne, Flex and Emergency Call Handling software on a fully remote basis with substantial Southeast travel. You will ensure contracted obligations are met, coordinate field resources, and drive value realization for public safety customers.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in customer success/public safety, background clearance eligibility, and the ability to work without sponsorship in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of customer success/public safety experience
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer(s).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Executes service agreements and deploys field resources.
• Manages escalation and ensures service levels.
• Coordinates technical changes and upgrade plans.
• Maintains awareness of complex service matters and provides performance reviews.
• Builds trusted technical relationships between account teams and customers.
