The position emphasizes SOC2 compliance, documentation in SharePoint, and ongoing professional development in security technologies. A bachelor’s degree in IT and 3+ years of IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of general IT experience.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed, accurate IT documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices (SOC2, ISO 27001 preferred).
• Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support SOC2 compliance efforts using 1Trust to manage controls and policies.
• Provide end-user IT support, resolve hardware/software/network issues, and manage tickets.
• Document actions and processes in SharePoint with up-to-date procedures.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments with OSINT and traffic analysis to mitigate risks.
• Monitor security measures (firewalls, antivirus, IDS).
• Track and manage IT assets, ensuring licensing and lifecycle management.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Provide on-site support at office or data center as needed.
• Lead IT projects such as SOC2 audits or implementing new technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
