Job summary

Solventum seeks an In Patient Facility Homecare Specialist (Kaiser SME) to manage Kaiser team worklists and reports, support supervisor initiatives, and ensure adherence to procedures. This remote role supports a national Kaiser account from 8am–5pm CST.

You will collaborate across teams, audit accounts for quality, and lead training for new staff while driving process improvements and effective escalation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with AR experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with nine years AR experience and call center experience.
• Knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and strong communication.
• Experience in problem-solving, negotiation, and handling diverse customers.
• Healthcare background with customer service, training/coaching, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reports.
• Serve as primary resource for escalations and account handling across queues.
• Audit accounts for quality, identify trends, and provide coaching and training suggestions.
• Train and monitor new employees and support team meetings and communications.
• Partner with Sales, Field Service, and Collections; produce ad hoc reports and suggest process improvements.
