Yelp, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Outbound Sales Manager to lead a high-volume inside sales team selling Yelp's advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S.

This remote-first role requires residence in the East or Midwest regions and emphasizes coaching, coaching, and achieving revenue goals. You will drive outbound activity, conduct 1:1 coaching, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Proven success leading cold calling teams with quota achievement.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop others.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching via call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s to strengthen sales skills.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
• Explain Yelp products, pricing, and policies clearly to clients.
• Use Chatbench to research, draft proposals, analyze data and overcome objections.
