Job summary

Yelp is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S. This remote-first role requires residence in the East or Midwest U.S.

and focuses on high-volume outbound calling and consultative selling. You will coach a team of 10–15 Account Executives, drive activity, review calls, and analyze metrics to exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining a collaborative culture and strong coaching

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in high-volume outbound environments.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold calling environment with quota focus.
• Strong coaching and mentoring to develop others and drive growth.
• Data-driven mindset to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with HS Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10–15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, live shadowing, and 1:1s.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture with accountability and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
