Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead a 10–15 person Inside Sales team focused on selling Yelp advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S. This remote-first role requires residency in the East or Midwest and strong coaching to drive quota attainment.

You will coach, analyze metrics, and scale high-volume cold-calling and consultative selling while collaborating with product and pricing teams to optimize revenue.

Qualifications

• Has 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams with focus on activity and quota achievement.
• Strong coaching and mentoring to develop others and grow careers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10–15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching via call reviews, live shadowing, and 1:1s to improve close rates.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
