Yelp seeks an experienced Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales, remote-first with residency in East or Midwest US. You’ll lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to sell Yelp advertising solutions to small businesses across the U.S.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, KPI tracking, and collaboration to exceed monthly revenue targets while supporting a remote, high-velocity culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Proven ability to sell digital products to SMBs and use Salesforce CRM.
• Track record of coaching and meeting quota through high activity.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in high-volume outbound setting.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Facilitate sales trainings and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
