Yelp is seeking an experienced outbound sales leader to guide a high-volume Inside Sales team selling Yelp’s advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S. This hands-on role focuses on coaching, strategy, and driving quota attainment from a remote-first environment.

You will manage 10–15 Account Executives, coach via call reviews and 1:1s, and analyze metrics to improve conversions and revenue. Strong collaboration and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing inside sales teams in high-volume outbound environments.
• Selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold-calling environment with a focus on activity and quota.
• Strong coaching/mentoring skills and commitment to developing others.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10–15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met/exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews and 1:1s to strengthen skills and close rates.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
