Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in high-volume outbound setting.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs.
• Proven success leading teams in a cold calling environment with quota focus.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years customer-facing experience with HS Diploma/GED.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins.
• Analyze team performance metrics and improve conversion rates to exceed revenue targets.
• Communicate Yelp products, pricing, and policies clearly to clients.
• Utilize Chatbench to research, draft proposals, and analyze data.
