Yelp is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales. This remote role requires residing in East or Midwest US time zones. Lead a team of 10–15 AEs in outbound sales of Yelp ads to SMBs, coach through coaching sessions, and drive KPIs while managing high-volume activity.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading inside sales teams in high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive outbound activity and KPIs to exceed targets.
• Coach through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s.
• Foster inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Analyze metrics to improve conversion and revenue.
• Communicate Yelp products, pricing, and policies clearly.
