Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing inside sales teams in high-volume sales.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams in cold calling with quota emphasis.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and career-growth mindset.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; remote-friendly.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years customer-facing experience with HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s to improve closes.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Conduct team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive results.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
