Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Manager for the SMB segment to lead a team of 8–12 onboarding specialists. You will drive activation velocity, forecast accuracy, and portfolio health while ensuring consistent, high-quality activations for our most active customers.

You’ll coach a distributed team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and help shape scalable onboarding how-tos and playbooks for enterprise-level outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding or customer success with team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume onboarding with velocity and forecasting.
• Strong coaching skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with CRM reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–12 onboarding specialists with structured 1:1s and Gong-based coaching.
• Drive activation velocity and forecast accuracy across the portfolio.
• Run weekly portfolio reviews covering On Track, At Risk, On Hold/Delayed, Forecasted Out and Aging accounts with defined recovery plans.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on clean pre-sale to post-sale handoffs for SMB.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable onboarding process improvements.
• Coach and develop future leaders through mentoring and stretch assignments.
