Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. seeks an Onboarding Manager for the SMB segment to lead 8–12 Onboarding Specialists in delivering fast, high-quality activations. You will forecast, manage risk, and coach for ongoing improvement, balancing speed with quality.

You’ll drive structured reviews, mentor future leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer implementations and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success, with at least 1–2 years leading a team.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to translate reviews and metrics into behavior change.
• Experience with data hygiene and reporting integrity in CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own team activation velocity against benchmark targets.
• Run portfolio reviews and manage risk with defined recovery plans.
• Develop future leaders through mentoring and stretch assignments.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
