Job summary

Boulevard is seeking an Onboarding Manager for the Small/Medium Business segment to lead a team of 8–12 OSs and drive fast, high-quality activations across a high-volume customer base.

You'll own activation velocity, forecast accuracy, and team execution quality, develop future leaders, coach with Gong-based reviews, and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure scalable onboarding and lasting customer value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• 1–2 years leading a team.
• Experience with high-volume portfolio management.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive velocity and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8–12 onboarding specialists with 1:1s and coaching.
• Run weekly portfolio reviews for status categories.
• Own ramp quality and new hire velocity.
• Improve activation velocity and reduce backlog.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Ops to ensure smooth handoffs.
