Job summary

Boulevard is seeking an Onboarding Manager for our Small/Medium Business segment to lead a team of 8–12 Onboarding Specialists and drive rapid, standardized activations across high-volume customers.

You’ll own activation velocity, forecast accuracy, and team execution quality, balancing speed with quality while partnering across Sales, Support, Product, and Billing to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• 1–2 years leading a team.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with data hygiene and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 8–12 Onboarding Specialists.
• Ensure activation velocity and forecast accuracy.
• Coach specialists via Gong-based reviews and structured coaching.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product for smooth handoffs and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements.
