CompanyCam is seeking an Account Manager, SMB to drive expansion of existing customer accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and educate customers on higher tiers to maximize value from their subscription. You will partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption and long-term growth, building trusted relationships with a fast-paced, remote team.

This remote role requires residence in the United States and offers a starting salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year with OTE around

Qualificações

• 3+ years in account management or similar sales roles.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Willing to grow and launch career in SMB.
• Self-driven with ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SaaS or tech preferred.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Growth mindset and creative problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth and expansion of current SMB accounts.
• Educate customers on upgrading or adding users.
• Meet with customers to understand processes and challenges.
• Perform product demos to show features.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify growth.
• Create a pipeline and maintain forecasts.
• Gather customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Support inquiries with CS to maximize platform use.
