Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking an Account Executive, SMB to drive growth with mid-market auto shop customers. This remote, nationwide role requires proactive prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing deals with multiple stakeholders.

You'll collaborate with marketing and customer success to accelerate adoption, manage a high-volume pipeline, and travel quarterly as needed to support regional coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to work with a team toward shared goals.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB sales cycle from product demo to close.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers across stakeholders.
• Engage prospects with creative strategies and refine tactics.
• Educate product and marketing on customer needs and feedback.
• Assist customer success during onboarding and adoption.
• Build and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
