Job summary

Our Client, a fast-paced B2B services provider, seeks an Account Manager to protect existing revenue, expand share of wallet, and reactivate dormant relationships across a SMB/MMS portfolio.

You will manage hundreds of decision-makers, handle urgent quotes, resolve escalations, and drive quarterly business reviews. This role demands proactive outreach and end-to-end ownership in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B account management or related roles.
• Proven track record of retaining revenue and expanding spend.
• Working knowledge of enterprise mobile devices and device management options.
• CRM/operations discipline with high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own, retain, and grow an assigned SMB/MM account portfolio.
• Cross-sell and upsell value-added services on standard hardware inquiries.
• Proactively reach out to inactive accounts to identify pain points and drive revenue recovery.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline (HubSpot or Salesforce) and log all touchpoints.
• Serve as the single point of contact for escalations, coordinating across teams.
