Job summary

MPLC is hiring a Small Business Account Executive to drive outbound growth and ensure compliance for public performance licensing across the United States. This is a fully remote role with a high-volume prospecting desk and uncapped commissions on top of a base salary.

You will own the full sales cycle—from cold prospecting to close—targeting small businesses and venues across multiple time zones (PST through EST). Expect quota-driven, fast-paced activity and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of B2B sales or cold-calling experience.
• Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• The Hunter: build and manage own pipeline from scratch; close new small business accounts.
• Resilient & Tenacious: handle high call volumes and stay motivated.
• Autonomous: work remotely while contributing as part of a team.
