Uncapped is hiring a remote Account Executive to own a fast-paced pipeline of US e-commerce SMBs. You will close smaller-ticket deals quickly, balancing inbound and outbound activity with a data-driven, scoreboard-driven culture.

Ideal candidates are experienced in high-velocity sales, excel at qualifying calls, and thrive on weekly leaderboards and commission-based incentives. This role is fully remote within the USA and offers significant earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-velocity B2B sales, preferably fintech or SaaS.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed daily activity targets and quotas.
• Strong communication and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of US e-commerce SMBs.
• Hit daily activity targets: dials, connects, deals worked, deals closed.
• Own end-to-end deals on a short cycle from first call to close.
• Prioritize inbound leads and outreach with rapid response times.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene with accurate deal stages and next steps.
• Collaborate with senior AEs and credit teams to move deals forward.
