Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close for SMB merchants.
• Engage and convert a steady stream of inbound leads from marketing and partnerships.
• Prospect outbound opportunities and create demand where none existed.
• Qualify, demo, and close quickly while managing time effectively.
• Understand customer pain points and deliver value-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Track and forecast pipeline in Salesforce and meet revenue goals.
