• Strong phone, video, and written communication skills.

• Curiosity and empathy to uncover real needs and position the right solution.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, be self-motivated and coachable.
• CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven activity management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from first conversation to close—with SMB merchants.
• Engage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and product interest.
• Supplement your pipeline with outbound prospecting and personalized outreach.
• Qualify, demo, and close efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Understand customer pain points and deliver value-based, consultative solutions.
• Collaborate across Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support for a seamless experience.
• Track and forecast your pipeline in Salesforce and use metrics to improve performance.
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
