Slang AI is seeking an Account Executive (SMB) for remote work in the United States. You will hunt and close new business, conduct value-based discovery and demos, and expand in key markets while managing a robust pipeline.

Use AI tools to boost productivity and collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and expansion. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales, SaaS or hospitality experience is a plus, and a ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self-starter who is curious, resourceful, and resilient with a growth mindset.
• Ability to speak directly to a prospect’s business problems and act as a trusted advisor.
• Ownership of outcomes; stay focused on results and learn from setbacks.
• Adaptable to a growing company with shifting priorities.
• Coachable and open to feedback; proactive, and innovative in approach.
• Experience using modern sales technology and AI tools to drive productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; persuasive with high emotional intelligence.
• Preferred: SaaS or hospitality experience.
