Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Business acumen: speaks to a prospect’s business problems and acts as a trusted advisor.
• Ownership: stays focused on results and learns from setbacks.
• Adaptability: thrives in a growing company with changing priorities.

• AI and sales tools: experienced with modern sales tech and AI tools.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills, persuasive with high EQ.
• Preferred: SaaS or hospitality (hotels/restaurants) experience.

• Hunting and closing new business opportunities.
• Value-based discovery and demos to quantify impact for prospects.
• Grow key markets by expanding existing and new segments.
• Pipeline management with multi-threading across stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success for onboarding and expansion.
