Job summary

Unreal Snacks is seeking a Manager, Small Format to lead growth across Convenience, Drug, Off-Price, and Military channels. You will expand distribution, win national and regional accounts, and build partnerships with retailers, brokers, and distributors while shaping channel strategies to drive velocity.

Remote-first role with travel around 25%, reporting to the Director, Field Sales, and collaborating with CS&P, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution from

Qualifications

• Demonstrated key account management experience in CPG food or beverage sales.
• Experience building new accounts from prospecting to retail launch and ongoing management.
• Experience managing broker networks, wholesalers, and redistributors.
• Knowledge of trade spend, pricing, forecasting, and product assortment strategies.
• Ability to translate syndicated data into compelling sales narratives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with TPM software (Modus) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across Convenience, Drug, Off-Price, and Military channels.
• Build a pipeline of national and regional accounts to secure distribution.
• Grow relationships with retail buyers, category managers, brokers, and military partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations with distributors and redistributors.
• Design channel-specific product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Forecast volumes, manage trade spend, and report performance.
• Translate data insights into compelling customer presentations.
• Collaborate across CS&P, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Finance for seamless execution.
• Represent Unreal at industry events and build a scalable Small Format playbook.
