Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery and drive in-store success across a large multi-city territory. You will manage a team of merchandisers, plan data-driven sales strategies, and build strong retailer relationships, delivering growth while upholding safety guidelines.

The role requires 3-5 years selling experience, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license, with the position offered as fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience including a strong sales background with understanding of business processes and systems
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., occasional >50 lbs.; driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Mentor Merchandiser teams from hiring to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: Use data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics.
• Build Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with store personnel.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and order writers efficiently.
