Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across a broad set of Minnesota markets. You will lead Direct Store Delivery execution, energize store visits, and build strong customer relationships to deliver top-line growth.

The role requires a track record in field sales, comfort with data-driven strategies, and the ability to coach a team of merchandisers. A flexible schedule and remote territory coverage are part of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred
• 3-5 years of selling experience including a strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
• Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and executing customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time) to drive performance.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs to fuel territory growth.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
