Campbell’s Snacks is seeking a Team Leader – Pacific West to lead the planning and execution of the Snacks business across a portfolio of small- to mid-size regional grocery customers in the Pacific West.

You will develop annual customer and market plans, coach a team of Customer Sales Leads, align with DSD Operations, and drive distribution, shelving, merchandising and pricing while managing trade investment and P&Ls. This remote role favors proximity to key markets; travel about 15–20%.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 8+ years of related experience, MBA may count toward additional experience.
• Sales experience supporting regional portfolios and multi-customer accounts.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Pacific West regional customer portfolio, setting priorities and strategies across multiple small- to mid-size grocery customers.
• Develop and execute annual customer and market plans aligned with volume, profit, share, distribution, and trade objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Sales Leads, including performance management and succession planning.
• Establish clear portfolio objectives and operating routines for planning, execution, and accountability across customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer decision makers and support CSLs in partnerships.
• Partner with DSD Operations to align plans with field capabilities and improve in-store execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Translate insights into customer-specific strategies and selling stories.
• Drive Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing execution across the regional portfolio.
• Manage trade investment, sales spend, forecasts, and customer P&Ls to meet financial commitments.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, adjust plans to improve results.
