Job summary

WellSky seeks a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls, promote CPAP equipment, and build lasting relationships with patients.

This full-time remote position offers starting pay of $15/hr, with raises to $16/hr after one year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

You will handle order processing, ensure timely follow-ups, and help maximize satisfaction in the S3 program while complying with security policies.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong phone communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Comfortable with computer systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Promote CPAP supply sales and promote replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters.
• Process orders via client procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
• Engage patients in satisfaction and retention efforts through the S3 program.
