Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls, promote CPAP equipment, and support patient satisfaction from home. The role starts at $15 per hour and increases to $16 per hour after one year.

You will process orders, maintain professional communication, and build lasting patient relationships in a fully remote, full-time position. Requirements include a GED or high school diploma, ability to sit at a computer for extended periods, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Process orders using client-specific procedures.
• Respond to voicemails within two hours.
• Build strong patient relationships through professional phone interactions.
