Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls, promote CPAP equipment, and support CPAP supply reorders. The role is remote and full-time, with equipment shipped to home before start date.

Initial pay starts at $15 per hour, increasing to $16 per hour after one year. Responsibilities include promoting replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters, assessing patient satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and timely

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction and retention.
• Must have GED or High School Diploma.
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in patient interactions by promptly returning voicemails within two hours.
• Process orders according to client-specific procedures.
