Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls and promote CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance and patient satisfaction. This full-time, remote role offers a starting wage of $15 per hour with a pay raise to $16 per hour after one year.

The Sleep Coach will target a high level of patient engagement in the S3 program, handle order processing per client procedures, and maintain timely follow-ups while upholding professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders.
• Promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
• Retain patients through effective outreach and relationship building.
• Process orders according to client procedures and maintain timely follow-ups.
• Return voicemails within two hours and maintain professional phone etiquette.
